timing on blown 3.5

hi guys,, wanting a few suggestions from you guys on want sort of timing to run,, i have a 3.5 with 471 blower,, i have the msd timing boost master ignition retard on board too. blower runs at 7psi with pretty much standard bottom end with girdle plate,, heads are standard and runs a 600cfm edelbroc...

What is the bore of the hose connections on the items with the nuts fitted. Do these have any form of check valve inside? I guess you have chrome rocker covers, or have drilled holes for the breather grommets into rover ones? Is this an early 3500 with the breather hole in the top of the block at t...

i may try leaving the pipes into headers for now,, and drill another two holes in rocker covers and vent to atmosphere then maybe have them eventually going into catch tank?!?

took the car on 100 mile cruise yesterday!! ran really well no oil found where it usually comes out,, its just coming out when i give it the beans,, the only thing with the breathers into exhaust i'm sure its just stinking the cab rite out,, ideas guys of other ways?

hi guys,, what are some of the best ways in helping reduce oil leaks on the rover and helping to breath better,, currently have blown 3.5 and have a crankcase evacuation setup in place with pipes straight out of breather into headers,, i'm sure this method is making me smell like a mechanic all the ...

I to had the same idea over a year ago now! I had a 3.5 supercharged and wanted more... Found a 4.6 on e-bay thought it was worth a gamble. Paid £300 for block bottom end and heads. Had been in a vehicle fire apparently??? Anyway had the block pressure tested and three liners leaked :( but I brough...

4.6 block??

hi guys wanting some advice,,, currently running a blown 3.5 rover,, i'm very keen on making more hp/torque etc,, the easiest way for me to do that is buy buying a 4.6 block building bottom end then transferring top half of 3.5 over. i'm always told the 4.6 is always prone to faults leaky liners etc...
