Did you pay paypal from a credit card?
If so the credit card company is still liable

Yes
In your defence you have been trying to get this resolved. Just now they are not responding.

From memory the prescription period on debt in the UK is 3 years

I´m running organic plate and BMW M5 (E34 1990) Sachs SRE -765 pressure plate. It is quated at least 600Nm/440ft lbs with organic plate 9 1/2"
My current 5.2l is pulling 543Nm/400ft lbs of torque and no proplem at all.
Know i guy he has got turbo BMW M5 it has got over 800Nm/588ft lbs at torque with cintered plate, and no slipping.. I think this pressureplate wild hold near 650-700Nm with organic plate?

Dowell pins need to be drillet to new place, and pressure plate bolt holes are +1,5mm bigger bolt cirle as std rover 9,5". I slightly machine those holes to oval.
