I read 'How To Power Tune Rover V8's" a few months ago and must admit that after reading it I was left with the impression that all production R V8's were terribly unreliable.
Yet when you look there are thousands around that have done 100K plus with ease.
Most of it reads as an ad for the various tuners IMO.

I would agree with you on that. They are good to see what can be done but really its just the authors opinion. There is a lot of good info in them all the same.
