my question is,what clutch do i use?

You can use the Rover SD1 9.5" AP clutch cover but you will need a driven plate to match the gearbox splines of the T5 and fit within the 9.5" cover.oflynno wrote:i intend doing a rv8 3.5 engine to cosworth t5 gearbox project

This assumes standard rover flywheel or bolt pattern.
If you talk to AP they should be able to offer you a combination that will work.
By the way there are several different version of the T5 box with different ratios and gear lever positions, what car is is gioing into.
