Engine resleeving

I have a ford 302 engine with some pretty serious scores down one of the bores. I've weighed up the pro's and cons for a rebore and have decided to have the cylinder resleeved so I can use standard sized pistons (it's only a standard rebuild)
Can anybody suggest a firm who can do this? I've tried Gosnays engineering in Romford, Essex. But they are so expensive I thought I'd shop around first.
Anywhere in the south east?
Any advice greatly appreciated.

Isn't sleeving usually around £100+ per bore, or more? If I remember right my SBC rebore was about £160. Big cost difference. Or is your block already on max overbore?

No it's the standard bore, I've been quoted £250 = vat for the rebore +£200 for a set of pistons. As the standard pistons I have are all in excellent condition and it's a bit of a budget rebuild, I thin the resleeve is the way to go.
Been quoted £120 by Huddart engines, may go with them.

£120 for all 8? is that finnished or just the resleeve work? sounds very good velue to me. I looked at a firm in Bletchley who quoted £15 a sleeve just for the sleeve then £25 a time to fit and finnish (on a chevy).

No that's just the one cylinder with the problem.
how were the firm in Bletchley? can you recommend them?

£40 inc sleeve, fitting & rebore? Crikey, that seems well cheap...?

the sleeves were direct from westwood trading (http://www.westwoodtrading.co.uk/news.asp)
the company were recomended by them as "a firm in your area that can do it" I will look out contact details when I get home, however westwood were very helpfull and cot me the name when I contacted them. I did not use them as my plans changed.
The cost was on the basis of boring and finnishing the rest of the block at the same time, but yes I thought it was pretty cheep, from what I remembered at the time Reel Steel weren't that much more expensive for a single sleeve on the same basis, just they charged retail for the sleves (about £30 each).

This isn't a good idea on a 302, your not even supposed to 20 thou re-bore these engines unless you have them ultrasonic tested for casting thickness. They are a thin wall casting so there isn't very much material round the bores.
