Concentric clutch slave cylinder.

Post by jenand40 »

I am looking at replacing the clutch slave cylinder on my Triumph Stag, Rover V8 engine & LT77/R380 gearbox fitted. Believe I have sorted out what is required but confirmation would be helpful;
1. Bearing fulcrum diameter 50mm.
2. Not sure of cylinder stroke required, can anyone advise on the stroke required to disengage the clutch?
There are several types available, has anyone any experience of which one is more suitable for the LT77/R380 gearbox?
Many thanks.

If you have a standard rover v8 and lt77 I would just use the standard clutch slave cyl and push rod assy.

Cencentric cylinders can be a right pain and if it starts leaking (which is very common) its an engine out job.
