RV8 Timing cover - intermediate serp to serp differences

Just finished cleaning up my intermediate serpentine timing cover. I have a thor serpentine timing cover ( type 7/8 ) which is now surplus to requirement. I was thinking of using the internal bits from it like the oil pump gears and the oil pressure regulator spring, cylinder, etc.

Also the water pump.

Are these parts interchangable?

As this is for a Westfield I am also going to use the blanking bolts from the type 8 and transfer to the type 7 as the oil cooler will be plumbed into the oil filter base plate.
