Rover V8 American On Board Diagnostic Wiring

hello everyone,i am just wondering how easy would it be to get an On Board Diagnostic off an american spec rover v8 and wire into a british spec rover v8

To check if your ECU loom will support the Diagnostic display you will need connections to pins 31,30 and 38 of the ECU.
Your ECU firmware may or may not support the Display.

I understand that several have been installed to vehicles in the UK.
