RV8 Engine Specs: block height, rod length, std piston sizes

Does anyone know the standard dimensions of the following for an RV8:
- Block height
- Rod length (3.5, 3.9, 4.0, 4.6)
- Piston length (3.5, 3.9, 4.0, 4.6)
- Piston compression height (3.5, 3.9, 4.0, 4.6)
- Piston wrist pin diam (3.5, 3.9, 4.0, 4.6)
