ARP flywheel torque
Any one know the torque settings for ARP flywheel bolts????
is it the stock rv8 bolt settings?

yes mate found the flywheel bolts,
still trying to find some bolts for the alternator bracket

That makes no sense. Some arrangements dictate that a thread lock or sealant must be used...such as the LSx platform, as the bolt holes go right through to the crankcase void.adamnreeves wrote:Do not use thread lock with ARPs.

I meant ARPs for flywheel. The flywheel bolts are captive and thread lock should not be used in this application.
Anyway I am lead to believe that if a fastner is torqued up correctly then you do not need theadlock. what did they do in the days before it. I know it is a safety net.
