I read that one on the NSRA, some of it is robot welding, especially on the bike frames, Is Tony a welder,
I have my own pet TiG welder, he is a certified aircraft welder, so if he can weld the wheels bavck on a Jumbo, he can make brackets for me,

i use to do welding for a living, (12yrs)
mainly structural steelwork and staircases (spiral and normal straight flights) (mig and arc), stainless hand rails (mig and tig), brass mat frames (tig), ally platforms (mig using spool on gun and tig)
i left here but still do all my own brackets etc when i get time,
i do a bit of welding at my present job, but thats about 2hrs a week,
i never had the money to buy a tig plant as really could do with a refresher course, as it is defo an art to do, and would rather tig than mig or arc..

Ian is yours a scratch start tig? or touch and go?
