BW 65 question..

Ello, anyone got any linkies to info on these ?

Wondering how easy (cheap) it is to adjust the shift point...

dont think you can change the shift point on those.

fitted a th350 to mine now,should help get the bhp down when the engine upgrades happen

Way too late to be of use to the OP I would think, but just for info, you can delay the shift by setting the kickdown to the maximum pressures within the limits set, so it's not so high as to give a bump when engaging gear, and also in an effort to make the 65 more "sporty" when used in the Stag the 1-2 and 2-3 shift valves and springs were altered to delay the change, so these can be fitted. (As long as you're not using a Stag box in the first place......)

Best solution is to fit a Range Control Valve which allows you to engage 1st and 2nd gear on the selector and hold them regardless of engine revs or roadspeed without any automatic changes.
