well if you missed my user name ill let you know now, that ive got a discovery 3.9 V8 with some mods already....

ive been looking for another cam to what ive already got and have seen this

crower cam 50230 how good is this cam????

The specifications listed above are based on a rockerarm ratio of 1.6 IN

RECOMMENDED VALVE SPRING INFORMATION:
Part # 60405 Single Dual X Triple
Approximate spring pressure: valve closed: 105/115 LBS.
valve open: 270/285 LBS.

The information below is for degreeing cam only. Correct only at .050" tappet lift.

INTAKE

Opens: -7.0 ATDC
Closes: 29.0 ABDC


EXHAUST

Opens: 41.0 BBDC
Closes: -11.0 BTDC


LOBE SEPERATION

112º


Duration at .050"

Intake: 202
Exhaust: 210


LOBE LIFT

Intake: 0.278
Exhaust: 0.28



If using "Lobe Center" method of degreeing, cam should be installed on an intake centerline of: 108º

Will take work fitting this cam as you need to check valve piston clearance and you will also need good heads to get the best from it.
