Hi All finally bought for me a dream car, something I've always admired from a kid.
An August 13th 1973 Mgb Gt V8 factory built.
An the difference between the 1.8 An V8 is literally night An day.
It's early so its pretty stock, only additional or changes are K&N s, steel exhaust manifolds and electronic ignition.
It drive well on the 4 speed box.
Couple of questions?
Would there be any advantages to converting it to EFI using mostly Rover Efi so guessing 3.9 stuff, how easy would it be
What improvement s, performance or better economy.
What other mods can be done to enhance performance and improve mpg. That aren't bank breakers.
Again converting to 5 speed LT77 versus 4 speed and overdrive. Is it worth it.
