Lend us a dizzy and leads... (Glos)

Post by saml666 »

...anyone around Glos got a spare dizzy and leads I could try on my chim?

It's not been running smoothly since I rebuilt it and I am wondering whether my mallory dizzy, elec converted and magnecor leads are 'wrong' somewhere. In due course it will meet Mark Adams to be sorted but thinking about it the other day I decided it wouldn't be a bad experiment to run it on a normal dizzy and leads just to see if I've cocked something up in the trick stuff?

Can collect, leave deposit, beer ... help you out on a job ... whatever

any help appreciated

Sorry for forum absence of late. Business is busy, other cars distracting me blah blah blah

Cheers
Sam

I am pretty sure Bob Smith will be able to help .. nit sure if he is on the forum at the moment .. if not try contacting Mech Repairs in Cheltenham .. I am sure they will have one they could lend you.

Good idea, that's where it will end up for RR with Mark Adams so with luck he'll be OK with it ... I'll ask.

Cheers,
