Found this site that sells NGK plugs at very reasonable prices and some other useful stuff.
These from a very long list as an example.
BP5ES BP6ES BP7ES ( Note no "R" ) all at less than £1.50 ( less vat )
Any Good to yer?

I bought 8 'R' ones from them this year for £15.55 incl postage.
