which plugs and leads for tuned 4.3

hi guys, im looking for a new set of plugs and leads for the westy, what do you recommend and what should the plugs be gapped to. the car is for road use atm heres the spec:

4.3 litre Rover V8 engine, approximately 280bhp
High compression pistons 10.5:1
Lightened and balanced bottom end
Lightened 5L TVR flywheel
Crower Cam and timing gear
Hi rev anti pump lifters
Stage 3 heads with balanced combustion chambers, 5 angle valve seats, shortened and tapered guides and enlarged throats.
MSD Ignition
Omex Rev limiter
Webber 500 4 barrel carb
Custom Exhaust - 4 into 1 Headers with 1 ¾” dia long primarys, 2 ¼” system, Repackable Stainless Silencers

I run an MSD ignition system, really you need to be running decent spiral wire leads, carbon leads will eventually fail due to internal sparks....

From memory I run BP6ES plugs with a 40 thou gap which are one grade colder than the standard plugs. My 4.6 knocks out around 300 BHP and I run a 100 NOS shot on top of the 300 BHP

Most decent leads these days are conductive plastic - not carbon. Do any car makers use spiral?
