That clip was taken from the annual wheelstand shootout at one of the american tracks. The popularity of the event has risen enormously in the last couple of years and the 1st prize money last year was $20,000 (although if you win you'll likely be spending most of it on repairs). The orange AMC gremlin featured in that clip is a previous winner of the competition and is probably the most extreme, yet still reliable wheelstand car out there.
