here is my morris V8 van project,

this is a pic of the previous owner on the track, (i just bought the bare shell)
this will be used on the trackdays and also be roadworthy
its pretty much a space frame chassis with a fibre glass front end and the rear part of a van dropped on, its going to run a rover 3.5 V8 with an sd1 man: gearbox,
i'll keep updating and uploading as i go hope you all like.

yep i hope so mate,

the previous owner ran a 4.6 fuel injection and it blew away evo's and subaru's
i seen it with my own eyes i couldn't believe it, when i heard he was selling it i jumped all over it sadly it was just the shell but hey i was havin it.[/list]

That would have been a great buy for me to drop my powerplant into for drag racing..

this is just a personal thing, but that looks as if it is crying out for a DFV. . . failing that a quad cam V8 of some form. Aston martin lump (pricey but nice, about 5.5 k for one out of a lagonda when I enquired about 4 years ago) cadilac northstar, chevy LT5 (maybe a bit heavy), or a lexus, AJ v8, ajp8 (not a ford mod). Just feel that colour and shape needs something sophisticated and crisp sounding . . .

yes would love to put a high end power plant in it but the funds only go so high the now, maybe in the future,

scotb, what bump u on about its had 7 and still straight as a ruler,
its probably been over strengthened if anything,
it got sold because he built another car!
