I would double check you have input the correct resistances, only input ohms not k ohms, an easy mistake to make (speaking from experienceI have given it 3 points -9C and 600k ohms, 13C and 140k (the current temperature of the engine and 90C and 6800 ohms, plug them in the table with the bias value in the manual (which I think is "standard" value out the manual and write it to the ecu and tuner studio says the engine the engine is at off the hot end of the scale.
To get it to read 13C (temp of block) I need to tell it it has a 110kohm bias resistor
The only adjustment of the bias resistor would be to measure exactly its resistance (R4 or R7) and input that inplace of the standard figure of 2490.
I would also check the resistance of the wire going to the sensor to double check the wiring harness?
