1989 Land Rover 110 v8.Cylinder head bolt renewal?

I am doing the head gaskets on my 110 V8.Is it necessary to change the head bolts or a waste of money?The engine is 1989 and I think the stretch bolts came in around 1993/94.

My SD1 BL manual says check for stretching against a new one, and replace all if 2 or more are elongated. Or if the heads have been removed 4 times.
