Engine Mounts

Ok so im almost ready to install the V8 (4.6 GEMS) into the Landrover 90, have the chassis side of the mounts heading my way, but the question is are the mounts on the 4.6 compatible or do i need to change them?

Depends which engine mounts you have. The blocks are all the same as far as engine-mounts go, so you just need engine mounts that fit with the chassis mounts you have ordered. I would think that P38 engine mounts would not fit.

bugger!! i was hoping they would have.

the left hand defender one is £75 alone, and i couldnt find the right hand one listed on lrseries.com

Are the Defender ones the same as Range Rover Classic ones I wonder? The chassis rails are certainly the same distance apart.
