4.0 Crank Worth?

Hi

I'm uprating my engine to a 4.6 so I have the 4.0 crank to sell. It's in pretty good condition and just needs a polish to have it looking like new. I'm wondering what's it worth. The place which is sorting the new crank/top hat linered block have offered my £25.00 off the work they are doing if I give it in with the payment. Think I could get more on fleabay etc but the postage charges could be prohibitive I suppose......

I hate to say this but £25 sounds like a very fair price, you may get more on ebay, but only if someone was prepared to collect. As you say postage would be silly money. By ebay and paypal have had their fees then you would have to get £35 for it to see any more money in your pocket.

I suppose it would turn into a very heavy paper weight. Wonder what the scrap value would be.....
