Good source for Efi fuel hose?

Hi All

Is it OK to use Rubber hase for the full length on feed and return on EFI?
Manufacturers tend to use part metal/ part rubber for some reason?

Quagmire - be interested to know how you get on re: the fuel pump, I'm about to carry out the same mod on my 90, although fitting Hot Wire EFI not flapper, I too have an early EFI internal fuel pump which I'm hoping I can fit in the existing under seat fuel tank.
