Rover v8 adjustable push rods

Can some one tell me how the tips go in?

At a guess im going to freeze the tips and heat the rods up,

Or is there a proper way?

If you don't have a press then it should work. What you really need is a press, bevel the end of each part very slightly and just push them on with a press.

Well that didn't work!

Ive now got a bent push rod!!

Can they be bought as one

er yes, but then you cant cut them to length and they are called "push rods"

why don't you just get premade ones of the right length? try here http://www.compcams.com/Products/CC-%27 ... %27-3.aspx
