Thought it about time I said hello and introduced myself

Have actually been a member since March '10 but somehow never got around to saying Hi.
Guess owning a V8 does that; use all your spare time

Currently rebuilding the engine after the flywheel sensor blanking plug fell out and bent the flex plate with an enormous bang.
The replacement plug is welded in this time,
yep I can MIG weld Ally

Oh what else to tell you all?
I am a trained Vehicle Technician & Welder
Have an RTITB certificate to say I can make brake pipes.

Oh and when under the beast I sometimes get stuck cos of my boobs

The beast is a '91 Classic Range Rover which I've almost totally rebuilt.

Seen a lot worse alloy welding than that, seen a lot steel welding worse than that !!!
