main bearings

Can somebody tell me if these main bearings are serviceable? the color is worring me. There are no marks or scratches and the engine was stopper for a long time.
Can they be re-installed?

They show more signs of corrosion than hard wear. Apart from the one on the right that is.

For what it will cost to buy a new set I would fit new shells..

As Perry states, just fit some new ones as it is already in bits :wink:

They're not expensive and would be an opportunity missed, would do big ends too :wink:

You can get a set of Main shells on ebay for around 20 pounds

Do have the crank checked for wear, though - a shell which is showing that much copper is pretty worn.
