blower control switch

hi, i'm actually not sure if the blower control switch falls under this category, since I'm not an experienced DIY mechanic, but please correct..anyways does anyone know how to install this part into a rover p6?

I assume you mean the heater fan switch and not a supercharger so would be better asked in the electrical section.
