MGBGTV8 & Chim 500

Post by Chilliman »

Hi all, not posted in this section before.. the BV8 is a '74 original chrome bumper factory car in damask red which is a lovely classic and great fun to drive. Much as I love owning, cherishing, and driving the B, it doesn't frighten the crap out of me every time I drive it.. the Chim however..... :D :D

Cheers to everyone,

Richard

Hi dbV8,

Good to hear from you !! My name is Richard Bullock, often called cock a doodle doo (and alot of other things sometimes) hence my initials DB :) If it's possible I should change it as since joining the forum last year I've registered on Pistonheads and joined the TVRCC and have the splendid AKA of Chilliman on both :D

As mentioned to Pel I can't get onto hosting sites where I am but will do so when I get home mid Feb, which is also when I pick the car up (it's at Kerridges at the moment). Only driven it once which was on wet and slippery roads but I have to say it does seem a tad quicker than the B

Just to add, the name I typed above which rhymes with thick has magically become cock a doodle do ??????

give it a few days then let me know mate,
we have been moved to another server due to me kicking off about how shite the hosting was and we kept going off line,
this may have a knock on effect to the mail side for a short time,
