Late Disco 2 4.0 air injection engine Bosch Motronic

My engine has dropped a liner and I'm going to build a 4.6 to go in it.The engine has the Bosch Motronic system that has air injection.I would like to fit a nice pair of 28cc chamber ported heads I have.Does anyone know if you can remove the air injection or will bugger up the ecu.

To clarify, your car has Secondary Air Injection (which presumably means the heads are different??)

Thats the one ,they have extra boss's cast into the heads,I have an early Disco 2 engine,it has the boss's but there not machined,just blanks.
