Bell housings!

One more question,

Does anyone know the length of a ldv v8 manual r380 gearbox bellhousing,
are they the same as a sd1?

LDV V8 bellhousing part no. is FRC133 (to fit the LT77)
Rover SD1 (3500SE / 3500VDP) part no. is FRC133 (to fit LT77).

Therefore, yes, it seems that the LDV V8 used the SD1 bellhousing.

and the bellhousing's i'm told are interchangeable between lt 77 and r 380

I think i was reading your write up this morning on a v8 in to a ldv200?
