useful carb and intake info for newbies

I found this tonight, very helpful for newbies like me!

not working for me now either, how strange.

I've just copied the link into google, hit search, the first result was the original site (surprise surprise), the second is this thread.

If you click "cached" next to the first result it will show the page minus all its pictures and background, i.e. just the text.

still useful, but not as good. beyond that I have no idea why it wont load up.
