4.6 Crank

Post by need4speed »

Offered up my 3.9 flywheel to my engine to discover that the 4.6 crank has a locating dowel in it for the flywheel. What is the easiest way to remove this so i can fit my own flywheel?
Cheers

best thing to do is weld something to it, such as a bolt and use a slide hammer to extract it

another way to get it out is drill and tap it all the way thru then you can jack it out with a bolt
