well normal use has resumed, or should that be abuse ??? :oops:
the lowering blocks have also been removed, and after a few launches and a few mad five mins on the main road the car is sat an inch lower again to the same spot to where it was when the lowering blocks were fitted,

maybe i should take it a bit easy for a while before i bend these springs :lol:

What about anti-tramp bars? They should stop your springs winding up, surely?

Tony, these are meant to be good axles, but you would need to do a bit more research, if you dont want it, I think Reg would be interested,

ah right keep forgetting you got that too :oops:

on another note:
propshaft all packaged up ready for collection by the courier on wednesday,

Propshaft services recon about £100, thats replace damaged tube(s),
change rear UJ, and assemble and rebalance.

They only move a bit before the slapper bars take over. Then its all power to the shafts ;)

prop arrived today and after they examined it they said WTF did you hit with that prop its well buggered,
told them what happened and they said OH! :lol:
tube needs replacing, as does rear UJ and a fully balance all in with vat and return delivery £136.30
mid next week i should have it back.

oh dont you f***** love couriers
the wankers have only gone and lost over £200 worth of propshaft,
it left propshaft services tuesday,

no record of it being zapped at the city link depot after collection..

classed as missing in transit,

thats a lot of f***** use to me aint it :evil:

sorry to hear that Tony, though my experience with City link it may turn up eventually. I now ask anyone on ebay if they use City link before I bid and if they do I don't buy from them, they are the cheapest courier for a reason, they are crap.
As I say it still may turn up they are that incompetant that they can't even loose somthing properly!

Kevin called just before they closed and asked for the dims off the car,
they are going to make another prop, but also with a stronger bigger slider joint, and hope to deliver it personally before end of play friday night.

and they were spot on, collected when the said, and was delivered when they said,
