Wanted to rent: Cottage/Bungalow/House Chichester area.

Landlord has decided to sell, so after 7 years we have to move.
Would prefer a rural cottage/house/bungalow within 15 ish miles of Chichester (the more 'in the sticks' - the better!).
Must have 2 bedrooms, parking for 4 cars, garden, & accept 1 cat!
- (a garage would be nice as well).
Would prefer a 1 yr+ contract (as we hate moving) - if its the right place for us we will happily stay much longer...
References & bond available immediately.
We have to be out of our current home by Sept 20th, so looking to sign up to somewhere sooner rather than later.
