Buick 455 and Throttle Bodies
Moderator: phpBB2 - Administrators
just a thought but how about a twin carb manifold with two throttle bodies instead of the carbs? Drill the runners for the injectors and you'll have something different!

Cheers Hairbear but as I said in an earlier post I dont want to go with a 4 barrel type setup as the guys over at V8 Buick have seen little or no benefit when using them instead of a Quadrajet.
I'm looking at picking up a set of Suzuki throttle bodies which I'll get flow tested. As far as I am aware at this time the injectors are standard so it should be possible to upgrade to 40+ injectors

Sorry your right It is the buick/ dart small block V8
I'll keep hunting
Might be worth getting a set of Buick 455 and BBC inlet gaskets and seeing how different they are. You may find a simple spacer could match them up. Or work out how to fit a se of DRCE heads.
Best regards
Mike
