Hello, hopefully an easy question, does anyone know the compressed size of a comp head gasket for a rover in mm?

And the compressed thickness is equal to 8cc on the 94mm. bore size.

I have in mind I measure around 1.12mm when they are removed.

i think they are 10cc

On a 94mm bore yes.
Isnt the dia of the gasket a little more than the bore also?

Does anyone know the standard 4.6 landrover deck clearance?

From measurements I've recorded averages of 95.5 as the dia & 1.12 as the thickness, magically gives @8.026....cc.

Did the OP want clearance or volume?
