Resistor plugs and Blue max wires and no problems with anything. Be careful with MSD because it won't interfere with anything but is very sensitive to interference coming in. In Britain electronic equipment is tested for both outgoing and incoming interference, in America it is only tested for outgoing and to a much lower level and they use a different lower standard TV system.

Ok, thanks for bouncing the thread; that's helpful. Only MSD stuff is the coilpacks themselves and they are Ford 4 tower clones so nothing novel in terms of construction or wiring. Just more windings I imagine.

Will try BR7ES plugs but would have preferred to keep the B7ECS I currently use and source resistive shrouds if I could find any. It's been suggested elsewhere the Magnecors may not be as EMI resistant as is claimed but the manufacturer's claims for this are pretty robust and they shift loads of units so I'm guessing they do what they say (they're all in good condition by the way). FM radio in the car is clean as a whistle and it doesnt kill my tele so could be a weak install at my neighbour's
