non return valve

Post by Coops »

Right.
im using the bosch 044 motorsport fuel pump,
should it have a non return valve in the outlet end?
as i have just started to run the fuel lines under the car and have the -6 x m12 adaptor if i remove the banjo fitting to fit this adaptor to run the braided i will loose the so called non return valve that is fitted to the 2.8 capri bosch pumps, (in the banjo fitting housing)

No doubt Stevie T will answer this one

its as easy as that, yes.

Although I retained the steel section that bolts into the pump itself. The Alu fitting couldnt be screwed diretly into the pump
