Hotwire injection wiring

Post by Simon L »

Chaps,

Notwithstanding the wiring diagram sticky at top of page, I've just acquired a 3.9 with all ancilliary bits, including a complete (whole car inc engine bay) 1994 Range Rover loom and ecu (13cux?).

I appreciate I don't need any of the non engine bays bits, but how would you go about using the engine bay loom.

Do you suggest I strip all covers off, remove non essential stuff and recover or do I need most of it - it'll be wiring in the lambda sensors etc etc.

I've been the twin turbo/emerald route and while it worked had some nonresolvable probs. Car has now been off the road for 2 1/2 years and I want it back on road, so quickest solution much apprciated please.

Thanks very much

Is it going in a Seight? - I've done the same thing, we kept the entire Lucas loom (most of it is behind the glovebox) - you require about 3 wires between the westy loom and the RR loom.
