Having blown he pic up they both appear to be 4 into 1 but with totally different length primaries, very odd!

Different length primaries will help with a spread of power instead of having it peak at a ceratin rev range

I suspect that being 'tubular' gave the marketing dept the necessary bullet points for the ads, and the actual design was dictated by the packaging constraints in a Range Rover engine bay.

Two completely different manifolds.

One is Range Rover and the other is SD1 or maybe MGB.

The guy has obviously bought a job lot of bits and thinks these are a pair.
