newbie here need info on capri v8 conversion

hi guys i am in need of info on which v8 and how to fit it to my mk3 2.8 special. currently has 2.9 12v v6 converted to carb but need them extra 2 cylinders if you look at the car u no it needs a v8. so what is the best engine to fit and what mods need to be done to fit it any help would be great thank guys
