flexy needed between manifolds?

Post by Ralphh85 »

i have routed my exhaust over from one bank, then under and joins the other just bellow the manifold.

because im basically joining one stainless manifold to the other would it be clever to put a flexy between them? to take up heat expansion or is it not needed?

gonna have a flexy just after they joined anyway before the silencer.

Hello Ralph,

Sounds like a good idea to me. It may well be just the ticket in ensuring that you don't crack one or your stainless exhaust manifolds.
