Any advice on whether it's worth changing to these or not?
Motor's getting a bit tappety, could be the cam and I thought it might be as well to look at the rockers when in there.
Any advice at all regarding the fit and setup, what's all required?
Roller rockers

Just wondered.chodjinn wrote:Roller rockers are only really beneficial if you are running a performance engine. What is your current spec? On a race type engine they can yield a few extra bhp, but on a near standard engine etc there's not much point spending £400+ on roller rockers as you wont see much benefit at all.
I seem to rmemeber reading somewhere you could run a slightly wilder cam than you could with standard rockers.
The engines a TVR 390, so it should have good heads and cam anyway.
I just thought that if it needed a cam, then maybe a slightly wilder one would be good.
If your motor is getting a bit tappety, it probably means that the inside of it is completely caked in black sludge......
