is it the 5th of Jan or the 6th???

I make it the 6th, if its 12 days after Chrimbo thats 26 to 31 Dec = 6 plus yer 6 days in Jan

What happens if we get it wrong?

The reason it is he fifth is because we have changed our calender and now a new day starts at midnight where it used to start when the sun went down so in effect night came before day where as now day comes before night. Confused?? You should be lol. Just to really confuse things the 12th day is the 6th again because night was before day so when transposed it becomes the 6th now. No idea why they stuck to it because crimbo shouldnt actually be the 25th in the new calender, cant remember when it should be but I know the date is wrong.

Am off to sit in the swats corner again

Just read your post better Bill, if you get it wrong the decorations have to stay up for the year or you get bad luck.

I guess it made sence back in the day as when it was dark it was night and when it was light it was day. Its all a load of bolox anyway lol.
