Recommended Rolling Road tuner?

I have been recommended to use Peter Baldwin to tune up my RV8.

Any feedback on this gent?

I thought I could see the light at the end of the tunnel but it turns out it was a train comming!!

A mate of mine uses him whenever he needs a tune up ! :D He recomended him to me but I never got over to him as the crankshaft broke !!! :o before I could get over there
