well you know, no half measures hey!


mandrel bends came from a metal supplyer down the rd from my work, £5 ish each, once the V8 is in work will start again and i will have a tubular branch manifolds with 2 tail pipes i think! will make the silencers/resonators and everything,

also pulce tuning is very easy, my friend made me up a spread sheet which you put in the RPM point where you want it to aid power and it gives you the length needed to achive it, on a 4-2-1 manifold you would have 3 points, one on one set of primarys, one on the other and the secondarys being the 3rd.

4-1 manifolds aint much good really, good if you want lots of power in one place but for a good torque curve you really want 4-2-1.

Thanks for the pictures, very nice work. I wont be able to do 4-2-1 as I need 36 inch primaries to do the cross over set up.
