oil pump take off plate

hi all,
im thinking of fitting a oil pump take off plate,to run a oil cooler and remote filter,some ive seen for sale let you fit a pressure release valve,but my question is,how or where would i get a oil pressure reading,thanks..

ps,as anybody got one forsale..
