Just for information, the fuel pump relay driver on the V3 board, which is a ZTX 450 transistor, is the most common fault I've fixed on that board. No idea why, as I just get the board for repair, so can't examine the installation. That transistor is more than adequate for the load of a relay coil and has flyback protection, so my guess is the actual transistor maker may be at fault with poor quality control. I generally replace it with a 2N2222 as I have hundreds of them.
