Oil catch can

Hey guys, just wondering how you guys plumb in a catch can, do you use a pcv valve or just vent from both rocker covers direct to the can?
Does it need vacuum assistance to pull the fumes out or can I just use the can with filter on top as an open breather setup?

If you can run a full PCV system, that is better, but not essential.

The Provent can is an excellent piece, and lots of aftermarket companies are now latching onto it.
